Evening of Excellence 2017
On Wednesday 25th October 2017, the Faculty of Social Sciences hosted its annual "Evening of Excellence" to give recognition to students who achieved First Class Honours and to show appreciation of other students with Special Prizes. This year PhD students were also awarded.
The Faculty had over 58 First Class Honours graduates, of which the Department of Management Studies celebrated the achivements of 22 students from the various programmes ranging from management studies, accounting, banking and finance, hospitality and tourism and sports management.
Most Outstanding Management Studies Major 2017
The top performer this year is Ryan Manbodh, BSc Management Studies.
Ryan completed a double major in Management Studies and Economics with a GPA of 4.07. He has been accepted to pursue a M.Sc. in Financial Economics with the Department of Economics.
