A warm welcome to the\u00a0<\/span>2025\/2026<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>academic year! We are delighted to have you with us and wish you every success and fulfillment in the year ahead.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Persons who missed early academic advising or persons who received late acceptance letters can\u00a0<\/span>visit the Department of Management Studies<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>at the University’s St. Augustine Campus for assistance. The Department is located\u00a0<\/span>behind the Learning Resource Centre on the main Campus<\/strong>, and our office is open\u00a0<\/span>weekdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.<\/strong><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
New (first time) students whose advising holds were lifted and are unsure of\u00a0<\/span>next steps<\/strong>, you can be guided by the following:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Download the advising form for your degree (see the Section below for these forms). Next, carefully read the rules governing Level I (pgs 1-3). Finally, identify the courses from the Level I table on page 4 that you wish to do this semester.<\/li>\n
  2. Proceed to online registration. A\u00a0<\/span>full-time<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>student is expected to do 5 courses per semester; whereas, a\u00a0<\/span>part-time<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>student may do between 2 – 4 courses per semester:\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/registration\/procedure.asp#STEP4<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Enroll in FeePay:\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/registration\/procedure.asp#STEP5<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Upload documents for financial clearance and maintain financial clearance:\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/registration\/procedure.asp#STEP7<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Create your timetable and start attending classes:\u00a0<\/span>Selecting Lecture Sessions<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Obtain your UWI Student ID\/smartcard:\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/registration\/procedure.asp#STEP6<\/a><\/li>\n
