This means that any outstanding payments and\/or the submission of the relevant registration documents should be made via e-Courier on or before that date.<\/p>\n<p>Failure to do so will result in an Accounts Receivable (AR) Hold on your student account.<\/p>\n<p>An AR Hold negates previously issued financial clearance and restricts access to:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>My eLearning to write or submit online assessments or view posted course content<\/li>\n<li>The examination venue to write in-person final exams<\/li>\n<li>Registration for future semesters<\/li>\n<li>The services offered by the Alma Jordan Library<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining an ID card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kindly click on this link for further details on the documents to be submitted:<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/e-courier\" href=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/e-courier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/e-courier<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/e-courier\" href=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/e-courier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"2\">eCourier<\/a>\u00a0link is included on the webpage for ease in submitting your registration documents.<\/p>\n<p>To verify the status of your student account, log into MySecure Area. If there are payments made and\/or funding from a Sponsor or Government which are not reflected on your account, please ensure that the documents are submitted to us.\u00a0\u00a0If these documents were already submitted, there is no need to resubmit unless requested by us in our response to you through e-Courier.<\/p>\n<p>Payments can be made using any of our payment options. For more details,\u00a0<a title=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/payment-options\" href=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/payment-options\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"3\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GATE-funded students<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are being funded by GATE for this period, please ensure that you have submitted a\u00a0signed e-Gate application\u00a0for each semester. A Means Test Rate Confirmation is not required for submission of the e-Gate application form to the Bursary.<\/p>\n<p>Kindly ensure that your fee sheet is signed on the line for student signature under\u00a0&#8216;student agreement&#8217;\u00a0and that your e-Gate application form is signed on the top right-hand corner.
