This means that any outstanding payments and\/or the submission of the relevant registration documents should be made via e-Courier on or before that date.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\">Failure to do so will result in an Accounts Receivable (AR) Hold on your student account.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\">An AR Hold negates previously issued financial clearance and restricts access to:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_elementtoproof\">My eLearning to write or submit online assessments or view posted course content<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_elementtoproof\">The examination venue to write in-person final exams<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_elementtoproof\">Registration for future semesters<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_elementtoproof\">The services offered by the Alma Jordan Library<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_elementtoproof\">Obtaining an ID card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\">Kindly click on this link for further details on the documents to be submitted:<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\"><u><a title=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/e-courier\" href=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/e-courier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/e-courier<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\">Additionally, the\u00a0<u><a title=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/e-courier\" href=\"https:\/\/sta.uwi.edu\/bursary\/e-courier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"2\">eCourier<\/a><\/u>\u00a0link is included on the webpage for ease in submitting your registration documents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\">To verify the status of your student account, log into MySecure Area. If there are payments made and\/or funding from a Sponsor or Government which are not reflected on your account, please ensure that the documents are submitted to us.\u00a0\u00a0<b>If these documents were already submitted, there is no need to resubmit unless requested by us in our response to you through e-Courier.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\"><b>\u00a0<\/b>Payments can be made using any of our payment options. A Means Test Rate Confirmation is not required for submission of the e-Gate application form to the Bursary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementtoproof\">Kindly ensure that your fee sheet is signed on the line for student signature under\u00a0<i>&#8216;student agreement&#8217;<\/i>\u00a0and that your e-Gate application form is signed on the top right-hand corner.
