Postgraduate Diploma Specialism Overview:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Learn the technical and theoretical skills of drafting legislation. This programme is designed to equip graduates with the skills to be qualified draftspersons and effective policy advisors to their governments and other clients. Students will learn how to design and draft statutes, treaties and constitutions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2714\ufe0f A law degree from a university recognized by the UWI Board for Graduate Studies and Research<\/span>
\u2714\ufe0f Technical diplomas from recognized tertiary level institutions OR;<\/span>
\u2714\ufe0f Applicants without a law background may also be considered (subject to additional criteria or conditions.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
