Undergraduate Programme<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Faculty of Law at The University of the West Indies (UWI) was established in 1970, introducing the flagship Bachelor of Laws (LLB) programme based on the English common law model\u2014now thoughtfully indigenized to suit the Caribbean context. While the full programme began at the Cave Hill Campus, first-year teaching at the St. Augustine Campus began in October 1970. Today, the LLB programme is offered at all three UWI campuses: St. Augustine, Cave Hill, and Mona. At St. Augustine, students can also pursue postgraduate degrees, including the Master of Laws (LLM) and the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Our Current enrollment at St. Augustine includes: 450 LLB undergraduate students and 45 postgraduate students.<\/p>\n
