The Head, Institute of Gender and Development Studies and the Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, UWI, St. Augustine, invite you to the launch of the book Imaging the Caribbean: Culture and Visual Translation and the documentary series A Different Imagination by Professor Patricia Mohammed on April 23, 2010, from 5:30-8 pm, at the Office of the Campus Principal, UWI, St Augustine. 

The launch is a cocktail reception and will include a film screening. Books and DVDs will be on sale. The launch price of the book is $270, while the film series will be on offer at $120. Only cheques and cash will be accepted. (The book and the DVDs are also available at Paper-Based, Hotel Normandie, St Ann’s.)
