The Department of Creative & Festival Arts (DCFA), Faculty of Humanities and Education, will be hosting its annual Visual Arts Student Exhibition from Sunday 9th-Tuesday 25th May, 2010, at the DCFA, Gordon Street, St. Augustine. The body of work on display by the graduating students of the BA degree and Certificate in Visual Arts programme was completed over a rigorous multi-disciplinary foundation programme and represents some of their experiences from the programme. These include a selection of drawings, paintings, product design and outdoor sculptural forms.

The exhibition kicks off with the opening of the BA Visual Arts Final Year Student Exhibition, titled Art and Design Show 2010, on Sunday 9th May, 2010, at 4 pm, at the DCFA, Gordon Street, St. Augustine. It will continue until Saturday 15th May, 2010, from 9 am-5 pm each day.

A design presentation and open discussion, titled Designing our Context, will take place on Tuesday 11th May, 2010, at 10 am, at the UWI Open Campus Auditorium, Gordon Street, St. Augustine.

The Certificate in Visual Arts Student Exhibition will open on Tuesday 18th May, 2010, at 4 pm, at the DCFA, Gordon Street, St. Augustine, and will continue until Tuesday 25th May, 2010, from 9 am-5 pm each day.
