This year, our UWI St. Augustine Campus will host the 11^th Annual UWI Inter-Campus Foreign Language Theatre Festival, scheduled to take place on Tuesday 25^th and Wednesday 26^th May, 2010, at the Centre for Language Learning (CLL). Our own UWI St. Augustine students will be featured on the evening of May 25^th, in two plays, beginning at 7:30.  

Art, a French play published in 1994 by Yasmina Reza, is about three Parisian friends—Serge, Marc and Yvan—who find their previously solid 15-year friendship on shaky ground when Serge buys an expensive painting.  

The Spanish play Un Borracho Singular (A Singular Drunk), published in 2008 by Juan Pablo Darmanin and adapted by Laura Serrano Garcia, UWI Department of Liberal Arts, is a comedy about the lives of three vagabonds who love to drink.
