The Campus community is invited to the NIHERST Public Lecture, The International Space Station (ISS) Helping Humanity From Above, by Trinidad-born Aerospace Engineer, Camille Wardrop Alleyne. This lecture is carded for Thursday  August 11th, 2011, at 6:30 pm, at Lecture Theatre 1, Faculty of Engineering, UWI, St. Augustine Campus.  

Ms. Alleyne, Assistant Programme Scientist for the ISS at the NASA-Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, will give an overview of the research being done on the ISS and what the most important benefits are to humankind.
