The Institute of International Relations (IIR) at The University of the West Indies, will host a Distinguished Lecture by Professor Anthony Maingot on Wednesday 21st September, 2011, from 5-7 pm, at the Faculty of Engineering, Lecture Theatre 1. Professor Maingot will lecture on the topic, "The Cuba-Venezuela Geopolitical Alliance: Implications for the Region."
