Dr. Hamid Ghany, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, UWI St. Augustine, delivers a public lecture on “The Relevance of the Senate in a Modern Democracy,” on Wednesday 2nd November, 2011 from 6-8 pm, at New Town Hall, Chaguanas. This lecture is a part of the Parliament of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago’s commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of Bicameralism 1961-2011.
