The Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies (SALISES) hosts a Forum on the topic: The Caribbean Court of Justice: an idea whose time has come?

Panelists include: 

  • Dr Lester Henry, Opposition Senator;
  • Mr John Jeremie, Senior Lecturer in Law, UWI, and Former Attorney General
  • Dr Raymond Ramcharitar, Cultural Critic and Historian;
  • Dr Kusha Haraksingh, Senior Lecturer in History, UWI, and Chairman, CARICOM Competition Commission;
  • Representative of the Government of Trinidad & Tobago.

 

The session, which begins at 10am, will be chaired by Dr. Indira Rampersad, Lecturer in International Relations, University of the West Indies.

Members of the media and the general public are invited to attend and take part in the discussions that follow the presentation of the panelists.
