Lovell Francis defends thesis on Trinidadian Sugar Industry

The Faculty of Humanities and Education hosts the oral examination of Mr. Lovell Francis, candidate for a PhD degree in History on Wednesday 20th June, 2012, at 10.30 am. The examination will be conducted in Room 2, Institute of Critical Thinking, Top Floor, Centre for Language Learning Building.  

Mr. Francis will present on his thesis titled Transformation in the Trinidadian Sugar Industry: Caroni, State Intervention and the Sugar Sub Sector in Trinidad 1970-2005. 

Members of the academic staff and postgraduate students are invited to attend. The Examination Room will be closed once the examination has started.
