The UWI’s Institute of International Relations (IIR) collaborates with the Inter American Commission on Human Rights, to host a seminar titled ‘Strengthening the Inter American Human Rights System’ (IAHRS) on Friday 21^st September, 2012, from 9am-1pm, at the IIR.   

This seminar includes a presentation on ‘The IAHRS, its relevance and challenges for the Caribbean,’ by Professor Rose-Marie Belle Antoine, Commissioner, Inter American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR).
