The Global Centre for Behavioural Health (GCBH) will host its inaugural Caribbean Conference on Domestic Violence and Gender Equality from March 25th to 27th 2013 at the Magdalena Grand Beach Resort, Lowlands, Tobago. The conference aims to engage advocates and professionals from domestic violence, health care, social service and policy makers in critical dialogues that will enable them to use in-depth information to impact their work in terms of practice, research, and policy. Professor Emeritus of The University of the West Indies, Sir Samuel Wray, is among the featured speakers.

GCBH is a network of international professionals who partner with the global community to promote quality and equity in healthcare and health education worldwide through bilateral exchange of information and resources. They develop policy and programs for communities and vulnerable populations that will promote global research, education, advocacy, collaboration and health.
