The Human Resources Division (HR) will host a Customer Service workshop on Tuesday 4th December, 2012, from 9am-4pm, at the Institute of Critical Thinking, Lecture Room One.
This workshop will be facilitated by Stephen Sheppard and aims to assist participants in providing service excellence to internal and external customers. The focus of this workshop will include:
