The Human Resources Division invites all Middle Managers and Supervisors to participate in a Supervisory Management Workshop. This 7- day workshop aims to provide a practical framework for learning and applying vital skills and techniques in supervision.

Participants will explore critical Management functions including Managing Self; Leadership; Managing Strategic Direction and Change; Employee Engagement; Managing Conflict in the Workplace; and Information Technology in the 21st Century

Workshop Dates: February 25^th, 26^th 2013, March 04^th, 05^th, 06^th, 12^th & 13^th 2013

Venue: Institute of Critical Thinking, Lecture Room 2

Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Eligibility and entry qualification: Persons who are currently in a Supervisory position or who are aspiring to Supervisory level.

Cost: TT$5000 per person.

A special Group Rate of TT$4700 per person is eligible for groups of two or more persons.
