The Institute of International Relations hosts Diplomatic Dialogues, with Ambassador Dr. Rudolph Insanally.

Dr. Insanally will deliver a distinguished lecture, book presentation and launch from 3:30pm to 5pm.

Entitled “Multilateral Diplomacy for Small States”, the lecture will be followed by a book launch of his latest publication, “Multilateral Diplomacy for Small States; The Art of Letting Others have your Way.”
