The Human Resources Division invites all Middle Managers and Supervisors, and those aspiring to such a position, to participate in a Supervisory Management Workshop. This 7-day workshop aims to provide a practical framework for learning and applying vital skills and techniques in supervision.

Participants will explore critical Management functions including Managing Self; Leadership; Managing Strategic Direction and Change; Employee Engagement; Managing Conflict in the Workplace; and Information Technology in the 21st Century.

Workshop Dates: June 25-27, July 2-5, 2013

Venue: Institute of Critical Thinking, Lecture Room 2

Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Eligibility and entry qualification: Persons who are currently in a Supervisory position or who are aspiring to Supervisory level.

Cost: TT$5,650 per person.

A special group rate of $5,500 per person is eligible for groups of two or more persons.
