The Faculty of Food and Agriculture (FFA) Committee hosts its inaugural Faculty Week from Monday 11 to Friday November 15, 2013. The objective of this week is to host a series of events that showcase the multi-disciplinary aspects within the faculty while promoting the new identity of FFA throughout the campus population.

Nov-13 | SAC Greens | 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. | Health and Nutrition Awareness Day •Basic checkups (BMI, blood sugar and pressure etc.) •Persons in attendance will be educated about eating healthy and having a balanced diet. •Locally produced fruits will be distributed •Aerobics @ SAC starting from 6pm - 8 pm |
Nov-14 | FFA Greens | 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. | Caribbean Innovative Cookout •Six UWI Societies/ clubs will be making value added products from selected starch commodities. •Samples will be made available for tasting and products will be on sale. •The winner will be decided by a panel of judges. |
Nov-15 | FFA Greens | 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. | Kickin’ Back on FFA Greens •Relaxing and having fun with a variety of games including all fours tournament, rock climbing, novelty games etc. •Music and refreshments will be available |
