The 2014 edition of the Department of Creative and festival Arts (DCFA)'s Community School of the Arts will once more feature classes for the public in Adventures in Art, Recorders, Singing, Piano, Steel Band, Dance and Drama among others. It runs from January 25 to April 5, 2014.

Registration: January 20- Feb 5, 2014, at the DCFA, Gordon Street, St. Augustine.

This edition of the will feature for the first time classes in Voice and the Indian classical instrument, the Harmonium, and will continue with last year's introduction of sessions with the Tabla. All classes will take place at the DCFA, Gordon Street, St. Augustine.

The Community School of the Arts is one of the major outreach initiatives of the Department of Creative and Festival Arts (DCFA), Faculty of Humanities and Education at the University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine. From its inception in 2006, this outreach programme continues to provide quality instruction in the various Arts disciplines to the public, particularly children.
