Annual Pre-Budget Forum with Students & Civil Society

The Department of Economics, in collaboration with the Trinidad And Tobago Group Of Professional Associations (TTGPA), Funding And Alumni Affairs (FAA) And UWI Alumni Association Trinidad And Tobago Charter (UWIATT), hosts the Annual Pre-Budget Forum with Students & Civil Society. 

The forum aims to account for the implementation of the first six months of the 2014 Budget, and propose strategies for addressing issues in the 2015 Budget. 

Speakers include:
  • - Dr Ronald Ramkissoon, Economist (Moderator)
  • - Senator the Honourable Larry Howai, Minister of Finance and the Economy
  • - Dr Dared Conrad, Lecturer, Department of Economics, UWI
  • - Dona De Costa Martinez, Executive Director, Family Planning Association of Trinidad and Tobago
  • - Eng Hollis Charles, TTGPA Representative

The forum takes place on May 28, 2014, at the Daaga Auditorium, from 7pm-9pm. All are invited to attend.
