The Department of Creative and Festival Arts (DCFA) Music Arts Unit presents Johann Taylor and Aniya Carty in their joint final year recital on Sunday May 18, 2014, at the Mt. D’or Seventh Day Adventist Church, Champs Fleurs. The recital begins at 6.30pm and is open to the public, free of charge.

Johann and Aniya are final year students in the Musical Arts programme where they both study privately with Mr. Jessel Murray, Head of the DCFA.  Johann will be performing on the piano works by Bach, Beethoven; Aaron Copland and others including Rachmaninoff’s famous Prelude in C Sharp Minor. Aniya will be offering works by J.S. Bach, Brahms, Barber and others including duets by Délibes and Rossini. Mr Murray will accompany her on the piano.

This performance is for everyone: lovers of classical music, young pianists, or anyone who enjoys live concert music.
