The Institute of International Relations (IIR) hosts a panel discussion followed by a Q&A session on Wednesday May 28, 2014, from 2.30pm-3.30pm, at the IIR Boardroom.  

Two British High Commissioners, Their Excellencies Arthur Snell and Victoria Dean will present on “The UK-Caribbean Forum: Strengthening ties or highlighting differences?”
