The Institute for Gender and Development Studies, St. Augustine Unit in conjunction with the Network of NGOs of Trinidad & Tobago for the Advancement of Women, the Office of the United Nations Resident Coordinator, the Emancipation Support Committee of Trinidad and Tobago, Working Women - Women Working for Social Progress present "Fearless Politics: The Life and Times of Hazel Brown"Conference.
The Opening Ceremony takes place on from 6 to 8pm and features a Keynote Address by Rosina Wiltshire - First CARICOM Advocate for Gender Justice.
This event is free and open to the public. Dress code is Elegantly Casual. No RSVP required.
The One Day Symposium on "Fearless Politics: The Life and Times of Hazel Brown" takes place on Saturday March 28 from 9am to 6pm at the Teaching and Learning Complex, Auditorium A The UWI, St. Augustine Campus.
