'Chinese Bridge' Chinese Proficiency Competition

The Chinese Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago in collaboration with the Chinese Society, the Chinese Association, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Trinidad and Tobago and the Confucius Institute at the UWI St. Augustine present the "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition" with the theme "My Chinese Dream." 

This event takes place on May 16, 2015 at 6pm at the CLL Auditorium.

Contestants must be 15 years and above with Caribbean nationalities, born and grown outside of China and their first language must not be Chinese. This is a large-scale international contest sponsored by Hanban, and is well-known in the cultural and educational exchanges worldwide.

It consists of 3 events: "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students, "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign High School Students and "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign Students in China. 

Registration for competition is until May 1, 2015 and the Confucius Institute will provide the free training for the contestants from May 4-15, 2015.
