The Faculty of Food and Agriculture (FFA) will host the 2015 International Breadfruit Conference under the theme "Commercialising breadfruit for food and nutrition security” presents their Breadfruit Exhibition & Festival.

This event takes place from 9am to 6pm. All are invited.  

Look out for interactive displays on food; breadfruit and breadnut (chataigne) products; processing equipment; educational material and breadfruit-themed arts and crafts.

Prepare to experience breadfruit like you never have before in dishes like breadfruit pizza, pastelle even ice-cream.
