The Engineering Institute at the Faculty of Engineering is hosting an Applied Psychrometrics Workshop.

At the end of the workshop attendees should be able to fully understand psychrometric analysis and use psychrometric analysis for air quantity calculations in air conditioning.
The workshop will be facilitated by Mr. Keshwar Ramjattan P.E. who is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, USA with more than 34 years’ experience in design of HVAC systems in the USA and Professor Gurmohan S. Kochhar who is a Registered Professional Engineer in Alberta, Canada and in Trinidad and Tobago. He has more than 30 years’ experience and over eighty publications as well as professional consultancy reports in the areas of air-conditioning, energy conservation and related areas.
The main objective of this workshop is to present an overview on Applied Psychrometrics.
Participants will understand psychrometrics, air properties and the use of psychrometric charts. Participants will also be able to apply psychrometric analysis for air quantity calculations.
