DCFA's Festival of Movement

Location: Learning Resource Centre Auditorium, UWI St. Augustine Campus


The Department of Creative and Festival Arts (DCFA) Dance Unit presents the A Festival of Movement – an evening celebrating the human body and spirit together in movement. 

Performances take place December 4 and 5 at 8pm and December 6 at 6pm. 

Look out for featured works by BA and Certificate in Dance students, accompanied by dancers from local schools and a special guest performance by the Astor Johnson Repertory Dance Theatre. 

Students will present traditional Caribbean folk dance, modern, Indian, physical theatre, contemporary dance and original student choreography pieces. Tickets will be available by the DCFA Gordon Street Office.
