The Lloyd Best Institute of the West Indies presents its 2016 Seminar series. The aim of the seminar series is to enhance knowledge and understanding of critical public issues.

Following is the seminar schedule for the first quarter of 2016:

• January 27 - Already completed | The Foreign Exchange Market, Monetary Policy and the Independence of the Central Bank presented by Dr Terrence Farrell, Chairman Economic Development Advisory Board

• February 24 | 9.30am to noon | Natural Gas Based Development – Current Status and Outlook presented by Gregory McGuire, Energy Economist & Former Senior Manager, Office of Strategy Management, National Gas Company at the Central Bank Building, 16th Floor Conference Room.

• March 16 | Professional Organisations and the Public Interest' presented by Martin Daly, SC. (Time and location to be confirmed).

Rates for registration are as follows:

Individual: $300/ seminar OR $3000/annum (12 Seminars)

Group (5 persons): $1000/seminar OR $10,000/annum (12 Seminars)
