The Faculty of Food and Agriculture, Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension presents One Caribbean | Many Flavours – a mouth-watering explosion of aromas, tastes and sounds.
Feast on dishes prepared by students of the course Development of Caribbean Cuisine as they recreate authentic meals from Antigua & Barbuda, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, St. Vincent & the Grenadines and the Dominican Republic.
The event takes place from 1 to 6pm.
Don't forget to save room for dessert! Ice-cream will be on sale: 'Ole Time Chocolate', Sapodilla, Barbadine, Soursop, Guava, Nutmeg. Also appetisers like crab & dumpling, paimee, accra and more!
