LusoFesta 2016 – the week of activities hosted by the Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics (DMLL) from April 11 to 15 comes to a close on Friday April 15 with Lusofesta Day.
This event highlights the impact of the Portuguese language in different countries, and this year Cape Verde is the highlighted Lusophone (Portuguese-official) country. Bahia in Brazil and Porto in Portugal will also be in focus.
For Lusofesta Day, the following activities will take place from 10am to noon at the CLL Auditorium:
