The Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Behavioural Sciences presents the Train the Trainers Workshop facilitated by Dr. Linda Hadeed and Ms. Ann Diaz.

This two-day workshop takes place on May 24 and 25 from 8.15am to 3pm at the Faculty of Social Sciences Lounge. The cost $2500 (includes course package and lunch).

Participation is limited to 30 individuals.

About the Train the Trainers Workshop

The power of influence a trainer has on his/her audience is significant.  Even though the trainer has excellent material if that trainer’s delivery style does not hold the interest of his/her audience the impact the programme should have on its participants would be minimized and important information disseminated can be missed.  This this two day workshop, with ‘its Hands on Approach’ would assist trainers and potential trainers to develop and better deliver what an organization would need to enhance existing or potential training programmes.

Course objectives:

• Introduce participants to the “How” of an excellent training plan

• Discuss the importance of communication and presentation skills

• Sensitize participants on the effectiveness of delivering training schedules

• Discuss the significance of the trainer’s toolkit

• Look at a ‘Hands On Approach’ to training
