The Constitutional Affairs and Parliamentary Studies Unit (CAPSU) presents the launch of the CAPSU Conversations series – informal open discussions on topics of political interest and current affairs.

Conversations will be co-moderated by Dr. Hamid Ghany and Dr. Maukesh Basdeo and will take place from 1 to 3pm as follows: 

• January 12 | Topic: The American Electoral System and the election of Donald Trump as the 45^th President of the United States

• February 2 | Topic: The Local Government elections in Trinidad and the Tobago House of Assembly elections in Tobago
