The Judiciary Education Institute of Trinidad and Tobago presents their 7^th annual Distinguished Jurist Lecture featuring Dean of Law, Professor Rose-Marie Belle Antoine who will present on the topic, The Rule of Law v Ruling by Laws: Promoting Developments in Caribbean Societies.

The lecture takes place March 15 at 5.45pm at the Convocation Hall, Hall of Justice, Port-of-Spain.
