The Faculty of Law, St. Augustine held the inaugural Banking Law Workshop on February 21st, 2015. The workshop was facilitated by leading international experts in the field of banking and financial law, together with specialists from the Faculty of Law, Dr. Chumah Amaefule and Professor Rose-Marie Belle Antoine. Of particular note are main facilitators Sir Ross Cranston, leading author, former Solicitor General of the UK and judge and Sir William Blair, author and judge in the UK. This year, the Faculty of Law intends to deepen its collaboration, extending beyond academia and the judiciary to include, as presenters, key stakeholders who are practitioners in the financial sector.
