The Department of History in collaboration with the Christian Historical Society presents the 1st Annual Christian History Week Panel Discussion under the theme, Breaking from Tradition: The Establishment and Contributions of Protestant and Neo-Protestant Denominations in Trinidad and Tobago.

The event takes place on May 2 from 1 to 3.30pm at 3rd Floor, Audio-Visual Room, The Alma Jordan Library (AJL).

Panelists include:

  • Dr. Jerome Teelucksingh, UWI Lecturer, Author,Presbyterianism in Trinidad
  • Mr. Aakeil Murray, UWI Tutor, Vice President Christian Historical Society (CHS)
  • Rev. Dr. Andy Homer, Author, History of the Open Bible Church, T&T
The panel discussion will be moderated by Dr. Debbie McCollin, UWI Lecturer.

Attendees will have a chance to meet the Dr. Gelien Matthews, UWI Lecturer who features her book History of the Church of the Nazarene in Trinidad and Tobago.
