About the AiA Discovery Camp
The camp provided a facility where children spent their July-August vacation engaging in a fun and educational arts-based process, using the disciplines of art, dance, drama and music as learning and developmental tools. Discovery Camp developed its annual arts curricula from broader educational themes or domestic and international observances of relevance to the cultural space.
This year Arts-in-Action celebrates its 25th Anniversary as an Applied Creative Arts Company and as a result, all the activities throughout this year will be reflective of this celebratory milestone. Discovery Camp 2019’s theme is Arts-in-Action @ 25.
