The Academic Literacies Programme [(ALP), formerly the English Language Foundation Unit] of the Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics (DMLL) hosts a Fundraiser Sale to aid the Love for The Bahamas - The UWI St. Augustine efforts. 

The sale takes place September 12 from 1 to 4pm at the Foyer of the ALP Office in the Faculty of Humanities and Eduation (FHE) Building (adjacent to KFC),

Items on sale include: Banana and mango breads, meat pies, saltfish bakes, brownies, cakes, a seven juice punch – made from fresh ingredients, ornamentals, herb plants, clothing and books (fictional and non-fictional).

All proceeds from this venture will be deposited to The UWI (Disaster) Relief Fund.
