Add your voice to the discussion at the Symposium on Rights of Persons with Disabilities hosted by The UWI Network and Outreach for Disability Education and Sensitisation (NODES).

Panelists including: Senator the Honourable Paul Richards and Mr. Glen Niles, Founder of the Down Syndrome Family Network will weigh in on the topic, What Now? Where Now? The National Policy for Persons with Disabilities.

You can also look out for the book launch of Childhood Disability, Advocacy, and Inclusion in the Caribbean: A Trinidad and Tobago Case Study by Professor Beth Harry of the University of Miami and Founder of the Immortelle Children’s Centre for Special Education.

The symposium takes place on December 19 from 4pm at the Centre for Language Learning (CLL) and is free to attend.
