UWI 60th Anniversary Excellence in UWI Life Awards

As the University of the West Indies is celebrating its 60th Anniversary, the UWISTAT (Students Today, Alumni Tomorrow) Vice Chancellors Ambassadors will be hosting the 'Excellence in UWI Life Awards', on Saturday 29th March, 2008 at the JFK Auditorium from 6:00 p.m.

The Excellence in UWI Life Awards aim to recognize the contributions of students to the University, as such all matriculated students, alumni, student organizations, clubs and societies are eligible to be nominated for awards.

The categories for which the UWI Life Awards will be awarded are:

  • UWI Contribution
  • Entrepreneurship-student only
  • Alumni
  • UWISTAT special award for Regional Integration
  • National Contribution
  • Youth Development
