The Department of Liberal Arts will begin its lunchtime speaker series today with a presentation by Dr. Rosanne Kanhai. The seminar, “Memory, Myth and Monster in the Landscape of Sugar” will be held in the Faculty of Humanities and Education Room 330 from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.

Dr. Kanhai is a Professor of English and Women Studies, Director at Western Washington University and visiting Lecturer of Modern American Literary Prose & Literature of the Indian Diaspora, UWI, St. Augustine.

The Department of Liberal Arts Lunchtime Speaker Series will continue every other Tuesday for the remainder of the semester.
