This Thursday, February 11, we join the international community in the commemoration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. To mark this occasion the Faculty of Science and Technology and its Student Council will host a virtual panel discussion entitled FST STA Women in Science. 

 

The all-female panel from the Faculty will share their stories about their life in science – how it started, their inspirations, life-changing experiences and challenges. There will also be an open forum where viewers will have the opportunity to pose questions to the panelists.

 

This event takes place from 2-4 p.m. and can be viewed live on the Guild of Students Facebook page. Join the discussion and hear from some of the Faculty’s great women in science!
