The St. Augustine Academy of Sport (SAAS), under the Faculty of Sport, will be hosting a virtual discussion titled Financially Fit – How to add financial value to your sports career on Monday, May 31 at 7:30 pm. Featured speakers are Mr. Bruce R.V. James, Ms. Grace Jackson, OLY and Mr. Holland Bronte Tinkew.
This second free virtual discussion focuses on financial planning for the professional athlete, in preparation for a lifetime of financial wellness after a career in sports. This session will enhance knowledge about financial planning to aid in improving financial security in the future.
This session is Open to Athletes, Coaches, Sports Administrators and anyone generally involved in sport.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to have an impact on sporting events globally, The St. Augustine Academy of Sport remains committed to connecting with athletes from the junior to elite levels to share information on various topics, in an effort to deepen the understanding of issues related to the future of sport. This is the Academy’s second in a series of virtual discussions which will focus on financial planning for the professional athlete, in preparation for a lifetime of financial wellness after a career in sports.
