This online training module is facilitated by a team of two protocol and diplomacy experts. The lead facilitator, Ms. Gail P. Guy, is co-author of a book titled Heads of Mission: A Handbook (published in 2018). The co-facilitator is Ms. Jennifer Marchand. The event takes place from October 25-29 from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
