Chemistry Day

The FST Student Council invites all students to Chemistry Day: Relevance and Importance of Chemistry in T&T. The properties and structure of all living organisms, all objects the council utilize and all the planets we know of, can be defined by their chemical composition. Scientists utilize chemistry to achieve innovative solutions to problems in our homes, natural environment, business industries and even in space exploration.  

Join the council on Thursday 21st of October from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm to learn more about the important roles of chemistry in our everyday lives from a Q&A session with our esteemed lecturers of the Chemistry Department as well as inspiration from postgraduate and past students such as the Honourable Dr. Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, Minister of Education.
