UWI Biological Society General Meeting

The UWI Biological Society would like to invite all students to attend our next General Meeting on Thursday, November 11 from 1 - 4 p.m.

The theme for the meeting centres on Species with Restoration Power. It will accordingly explore the contributions that living organisms can have towards environmental restoration with a focus on Microbial Bioremediation. This includes discussions on the role of fungi in oil degradation, probiotic bacteria in the health of coral reefs, and fungi in soil health.
