The Quality Assurance Unit will host a workshop on Developing the Quality Manual on Thursday 17^th April, 2008 at the School of Education Auditorium. The workshop will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and will be facilitated by Dr. Sandra Gift, Senior Programme Officer, Quality Assurance Unit.

The targets for this workshop are Administrative Assistants and the objectives for the workshop are as follows:

• Review the indicators of quality at departmental level.
• Discuss the importance of a departmental quality manual.
• Explore with administrative assistants the ways in which they can support the preparation of departmental quality manuals.
