Canva is a powerful design tool that can be used in education to create various instructional materials. This free tool allows students and teachers to work with photo editing, design layout, and more, all within an easy-to-use platform. This session will be hosted by the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) on Thursday, June 16 at 1 p.m. During this workshop, participants will explore some of the tips and best practices for designing instructional materials such as posters, visual aids, presentations and more.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
· Consider various strategies methods and approaches in developing instructional materials.
· Discuss issues in designing instructional materials.
· Examine general best practices for creating effective instructional materials.
· Design instructional materials using Canva.
